Le constructeur de maisons individuelles Maison Rustic à Tarbes devient La Bonne Maison et redynamise son antenne paloise, sous l’impulsion de son jeune directeur, Julien Alves.Sa maison à lui, il la voit confortable, contemporaine et surtout chaleureuse.

À l’image de celles qu’il propose aux futurs acquéreurs qui passent le seuil de La Bonne Maison à Pau. En reprenant Maison Rustic en février 2017, une institution tarbaise, Julien s’appuie sur les 40 ans d’expérience et de notoriété de l’enseigne, tout en proposant des maisons d’esprit plus contemporain. « Cette enseigne a toujours été réputée pour son sérieux. Je voulais capitaliser sur son savoir-faire en proposant des constructions traditionnelles mais avec un style actuel. La Bonne Maison, c’est la maison qui ressemble à mon client ! » Du coup, pas de catalogue,que du sur-mesure et une équipe ultra motivée : Théo, l’architecte intégré qui conceptualise les projets, Davy, le conducteur de travaux minutieux et rigoureux qui connaît la maison comme sa poche, Jean-François, le métreur expérimenté, Véronique, la secrétaire comptable pilier de Maison Rustic depuis 17 ans, Marie, l’attachée commerciale à Pau, Laurent, le chargé d’affaires de la branche rénovation et… Michel Boucher, consultant d’expérience et fondateur historique de l’enseigne. En jeune manager énergique qui préfère le terrain au bureau, Julien avoue « avoir toujours eu un sens commercial et aimé les secteurs de l’immobilier et du bâtiment ». Ce trentenaire baigne depuis dix ans déjà dans le milieu de la construction.« Je me suis toujours passionné pour le bâtiment et l’architecture et j’apprécie la diversité du métier qui inclut le juridique, le financier, l’urbanisme, la partie technique. Notre principe est double : personnaliser les projets, en impliquant le client sur la ventilation de son budget et en étant le plus transparent possible avec lui ; et fidéliser les artisans qui nous accompagnent. Le maçon connaît l’enseigne depuis 28 ans, le charpentier, qui est un compagnon, depuis 17 ans. C’est très rassurant pour les clients. »

Jamais à court d’idées novatrices, Julien a aussi développé une branche rénovation, « pour des extensions ou des agrandissements uniquement » et un service de coaching déco avec l’appui d’une décoratrice d’intérieur. « Personnaliser le service, c’est la clé pour se démarquer. »

He likes to think of his company as comfortable, contemporary and – most importantly – welcoming, just like the homes he has on offer for future buyers who step through the door at La Bonne Maison in Pau, South West France. When he took over Maison Rustic (a real institution in Tarbes) in February 2017, Julien built on the name’s 40 years of experience and reputation to offer houses with a more contemporary look and feel. “The name has always been known for its professionalism. I wanted to use that know-how as the foundation for traditional constructions with a modern touch. The ‘perfect house’ is the one that suits my client!” No catalogue to browse through, only made-to-measure constructions and a highly-motivated team: Théo, the architect-engineer who looks after project design, Davy, the highly-organized works supervisor who focuses on detail and knows the company like the back of his hand, Jean-François, the experienced measurer, Véronique, the long-standing secretary and accountant who has been with Maison Rustic for 17 years, Marie, the sales representative in Pau, Laurent, the renovations business manager and, last but not least, Michel Boucher, an experienced consultant and the founder of the company. As a young and dynamic manager who prefers being out and about rather than sitting at his desk, Julien confesses to having “always had a head for business and a penchant for the real estate and construction sectors.” In his thirties, Julien has already been in the construction industry for ten years. “I’ve always been fascinated by building and architecture and I really like the variety of the job which includes legal and financial aspects, urban planning, and technical issues. We have a dual principle: to customize projects by involving clients in the efficient use of their budget and being as transparent as possible with them, and encouraging the construction tradesmen who work with us, to stay with us. The builder has been with the company for 28 years and the carpenter – who is a compagnon – for 17 years and the clients find that very reassuring.”

Never short of new ideas, Julien has also developed a renovation branch “just for extensions” and a coaching service in decoration, with advice from an interior designer. “Tailoring services to clients is what sets us apart from the rest.”
